Old fashioned!

We met some of Michael's friends in the Poet's Cafe in a Ballyshannon Department Store (which I had never been to before). I was amazed to see the cash airshute system they use. They don't have tills, they write a docket  & send it & the cash via the container  & any change is returned. I suppose they gave a system to handle card payments.
I remember these systems in department stores when I was a child.
