Supper

I've had a lovely relaxing day today doing not a lot. I did however have a drive past my new house and was really chuffed to see the "SOLD" board outside. I then carried on to explore some of the country lanes round and about. I think i need to invest in an ordnance survey map to work out some circular walks from the village when i eventually move in. We're aiming for the end of August but i think realistically it'll be more like September. Excited or what!!
Anyway, carrying on the mission to try and eat some of my freezer produce i defrosted these lamb chops (courtesy of one of the local farms near my mum's) and roasted them along with potatoes, onion, garlic, carrots and cherry tomatoes and a sprinkling of herbs.....yum! A glass of red and a film to watch and my night is complete. :-))
