Pleasingly brisk loop around Southwell with Enzo this morning whilst Mrs M went to a fitness class - got my heart rate up to 121bpm.

Visited a few local homes this afternoon assessing sites for Swift nesting boxes (endangered species in the UK) - one good candidate.
