Food food food

As usual when I visit my rather elderly parents its time to cook them meals for the freezer. So a big supermarket trip followed by a couple of days if cooking. Today was day one, 28meals to freeze. Another day tomorrow should sort it.

Its been wet and windy today and wont clear until late pm tomorrow - perfect for time in the kitchen!
