A lovely day today. Met up with my aunty, cousin (birthday boy!) and his girlfriend for lunch in Covent Garden. It was so lovely to catch up and I ate smoked salmon sandwich. Nicky had bubble and squeak which was much more extravagant than I expected, I thought it was cabbage and potato but this had bacon, poached eggs hollandaise! Going to have to make it soon!
Then I went to meet my old workmates which was nice too! Having a quick and easy tea as you can see.... :-)
