Quite a Show

We got out after the rain this afternoon for a walk along the cliffs. You are looking at our wharf (middle distance, a line of white buildings, ending abruptly)— the one that made the news this week—there is a 150 foot chunk at the end that’s simply not there any more, and the rest of the structure is closed indefinitely for assessment. The dramatic sky offered a kaleidoscope of changing shape and volume, but the rain seems to be over. Lots of tourists (the ones who aren’t allowed on the wharf) strolling up and down the path, hoping to get sprayed by a rogue wave.
