The end of the day ….

…. at about 3pm this afternoon.  Fortunately the days (or at least the afternoons) are stretching out a little now.  However it will be a few days before the sun starts to rise a little earlier in the morning.  Mary and I tried cooking chicken drumsticks in the air fryer this evening, they were quite successful although we all agreed it would have been good if they had been a bit crispier
