Comfort dinner

Woke up de-energised. So had a - very - lazy day at home to recover from yesterday's exertions.

The only thing I've done is to make a curried butternut squash and and leek soup (and Red lentils, onion, potato, ½ pepper). Came out wonderfully. That was my dinner with added basmati wild rice, and sprinkled with pumpkin seed, and a tbsp of Nutritional Yeast.

Shall watch some TV and then have an early night.
