Christmas Bubble

Dear O'H dear and Lovely Tea Jenny,

In the space til’ the start of a shiny new year,
Where the name of the day is forever unclear.
We’ve dealt with important decisions like “Shall we
Sit down for the Gavin and Stacy finale?”
No meals are prepared, just the endless revival
Of pigs in their blankets and leftover trifle.
We’ve watched Harry Potter through naps (which are plenty)
While munching on chocolate with cups never empty
A happy dog strongly approves of this bubble.
His people are always around for a snuggle.
