Soft Salmon Joy - Peony Rose Bloom

I have two peony roses in the garden. So far this one has only ever had one bloom on it, despite having lots of leaves and looking very healthy. Due to the inclement weather the last few years I've missed it bloom. It stays in bud for what seems like forever and then it opens.........and the wind just whips the petals off it! Usually when I get home from work the petals are lying on the ground - but not this year Lol
