Decisions

Although sometimes it’s been quite difficult having the whole house renovated and decorated, a big plus is not putting back everything as it was before.  Paraphrasing William Morris, have only  things which are useful, or which you think are beautiful. So I’m trying things out, and taking decisions.  I’m definitely keeping the two little glass candle holders on the right, not the one on the left.  I’ve almost, but not quite, decided that I will even take to the charity shop some things that my mum, or my son gave me.  That’s a hard one. 
Spent the day listening to cricket (Australia v India), making a huge nut roast for freezing 8 portions, and far too much time putting ‘just a few more pieces’ in the jigsaw.
