The Distant Mountains

The mountains in the far distance look closer than they actually are in this image. I used the zoom lens on my iPhone. This distorts their reality. They are a long way up the Wairau Valley to the west of Blenheim. I’m not absolutely sure sure but I am guessing that one of those mountains could be “The Bounds”.
It was very warm and humid today. I spent hours in the garden, raking the lawns then mowing them later. Other tasks as well so I am very tired this evening.
