Sue and Mary have been friends since 1976. Mary lives alone now, she and two cats on a fine old houseboat. But she's 83, and she has begun to wonder how long she can keep on aging in place. We met at my place today to talk about options, about what stays the same and what changes, about perspective and possibility, about the many stories we carry with us, the many stories we continue to create with our lives.
