Aerodynamic!

Whilst having my lunch camped out on the Meadows' grass, the local swallows were giving me a display of barnstorming that would put even the best modern test pilots to shame - breakneck turns at head height with their flickering, crescent wings only feet away, at speeds so fast that I could barely keep pace with the camera.
