The obligatory festive shot

I did some domestic goddessing on Christmas Eve. We'd been invited to a friend's house for an "at home". I made these mince pies as a contribution to the buffet - which turned out to be a very swanky affair, with lots of different kinds of blinis and tiny little elegant squares of Bakewell tart.
