Another day of relaxing and also watching TV and eating...again...and again!

We had ham and asparagus bread casserole (similar to this one) and also sesame and cilantro shrimps on toast and savoury tartlets with mushroom and smoked ham. 

We watched an interview with Magnús Eiríksson, one of Iceland's most beloved composer and musician, and also a concert in his honor.
