Merry Christmas!!!
Christmas Eve is the day for us un Germany.
The day of the presents and the lit tree and some nice food and bubbly!!
I got up early and ventured to the Hofpfisterei to pick up the bread I had ordered.
Did my last errands at Herrlich and was back home at 10.30 am. Neil was in the last stage of cake baking.
I jumped to the Market Hall at 11 am to pick up the French bread and went back home.
We tidies a bit and changed ourselves in nice clothes and walked back to the Market Hall to start our Christmas Celebrations with:
A coffee and 2 croissants
So that we had a basis for the Cava at the Spanish - that was next.
See the picture.
When the Market Hall closed at 2 pm we went back home and chillaxed waiting for it to get dark to start with your Christmas.
We opened a bottle of Cremant and started celebrating and exchanged presents under the tree.
It was lovely :)
We then put food on the table and enjoyed a lovely evening with antipasti, cheese, nice meat, too much bread and finished with "Racines Cake" berries and cream.
It was a wonderful day - Thank you :)
Here one of the fun selfies at the Spanish bar.
