Part 2

I'm not a massive fan of Nadiya (of GBBO fame), I find her voice quite irritating. But... these (vegan) filo pastry apple pies (with home grown apple filling, obviously) from one of her books /TV series are one of the easiest things I think I've ever made and perfect for taking to my parents for Christmas Part 2 tomorrow. It will the the usual mix of octegenerians,, quinguagerians, (who knew that was a word) and twenty somethings (vicenarians), possibly plus a dog and two reclusive cats

All I've got to do is get them there. The pies and some of the quin and vicenarians that is. The others can sort themselves out.

The extra is of a very tiredy Kit Kat, who's been asleep on my feet for about an hour. I've no idea what he was up to all night (and I'm using my extras).
