Blasted with antiquity

This is the doorway to Shakespeare’s birthplace and it seems to have magically acquired the number eleven to match my Blip birthday ( although strictly speaking that’s on New Year’s Day.
It got me thinking about ageing which we all have since I started.
I found the following quote which I rather like

“ Have you not a moist eye, a dry hand, a yellow cheek, a white beard, a decreasing leg, an increasing belly? Is not your voice broken, your wind short, your chin double, your wit single, and every part about you blasted with antiquity?”

From Henry IV pt 2, Shakespeare.

Many thanks to all at Blip Central for 11 years of fun and photographic jollity
