Indoor flower

A grey, damp day.

Had a fall yesterday morning, my own fault and I hadn't been drinking!  Now have a painful right side which hurts more when I raise my arm or bend down.  Quite pleased that today is a quiet day.  Have been for a short walk with K although he carried on for another hour.  Took the photos when I came home before I forgot and it became dark!  Sat and finished a large crossword and watched a recorded tv programme. Salad for my meal today, yet to step on the weighing scales!  I did make a successful Baileys cheesecake which I served with raspberries and blueberries:)
