There's this caption I stumbled upon a couple of days ago that I've been repeating to myself especially during times of frustration and doubt: "Celebrate where you are, not where you think you should be."
Doing my best to remain patient, consistent and focused while reminding myself of how privileged I am to have the freedom to explore and challenge limits when it comes to movement. Grateful as always for family and community support.
