To jail

For a change we don't have a planned route and we look at where to cycle to from day to day. Depending on the distance and price. Last night we chose the Huis van Bewaring hotel in Almelo, a former prison.  We don't sleep spartan and expect a normal breakfast tomorrow morning. Fear not.

It is quite misty. It fits well with the surroundings. This region, the Achterhoek, is known for its natural beauty and especially for the beautiful bogace, with varied old forests and beautiful meadows that are crossed by various streams.

 Tomorrow we will pick up the so-called Overijssel round and follow it.
