So both of my daughters live and study in Glasgow these days but have been here in Edinburgh for Christmas. Except one of them has a festive season job in the big Tescos near her...and her Boxing Day shift started at 11.30am today. We left ours at 10, dropped her off at her flat, and were back across the M8 and on the sofas in our living room by midday. Not so bad.

Snacks, drink, football, reading, more to come this evening. Yeah, not so bad.
