Home from Home

It was -14 deg this morning. I've been doing quite a bit of running since arriving so it was a cue to take a rest day. It was -8 deg for yesterday's run and it took a long while to get the muscles up to operating temperature. 

We're playing a lot of table-tennis in the basement and I can't hold my own with my nephews. They're whipping my proverbial ass.
