Christmas Day

Lovely chilled Christmas Day with 2 x J’s & LnR.
We ate at lunchtime so the morning was spent preparing the food which turned out to be delicious & we all ate far too much.
Afterwards J fell asleep all afternoon until we woke him to open presents & then he fell asleep again.
K & Co were in Surrey this year with P’s family so we missed being with them.
After more Christmas food we played games until late & as it’s L’s birthday tomorrow she opened her birthday present of the stone carved with snowdrops which had caused us so much angst to get hold of, she loved it & knew exactly where she wanted it to go in her garden.
We rounded up the two cats & headed to bed very tired.
