Wednesday 25th December 2025... Christmas day...

Christmas day started with Redcliffe parkrun which is by the beach... They'd even gone the day before and taped signs around the poles saying we use this area from 6:30am - 8:30am... The RD arrived at 5:30am to claim the table and someone had already started to set their stuff up for the day, he explained to the man who then moved his stuff to one side so we could do parkrun... We had 230 participants...
It's been 3 years since my daughter and her family were here for Christmas... When was Ruben little and Mel still lived at home they started a tradition of building a Gingerbread House together and continued till she left home and moved to Canberra, whenever they caught up no mater what time of year it was they'd always find a Gingerbread House to build... Even when we went down for Mel's Wedding they still built a Gingerbread House the day before... Mel has continued the Tradition with her 2 Children... So yesterday it was Gingerbread House building after lunch... Lots of laughs...
