Men at Work

Brett, Jerry and Brett’s friend Sebastian working on making pierogis. We had an assembly line going today. Brett is an expert at pastry. Next step was filling, mashed potatoes and sharp cheddar, folding and sealing. I was supervisor and then boiled the pierogis for eating and then freezing some of them. After boiling I fried a few of them in onion with lots of butter until they were crispy and lightly browned.

Added them to our Christmas meal today.

We will take the frozen pierogis to Tates house later for another meal!
