Merry

Christmas....
The day dawned damp and mizzly but it didn't dampen the spirit too much.
Terri appeared and we headed off to enjoy the day. Sadly Terri wasn't feeling too well and did not make it through the meal, eventually going home.  I was able to stay as there was another person with a car to bring me home.  A lovely lunch, followed by the King's Speech and pudding and then much later, cheese and biscuits.
Suitably refreshed and talked out, I was dropped home around 9.30 pm.
Our brief this year was to not spend more than £3.00 in a charity shop...and coming from Africa I was gifted this very colourful elephant, Elmer, hand made,  in glorious colour. He has to have his five minutes of fame!
