Festive dining

Early start to the day as Martin got up at 6 waking me and Katie was already awake!!
Nice relaxing morning opening our presents then Katie took the lead in the kitchen. Around 2.30 we sat down to our bruschetta starters - Katie had produced five different kinds and all were delicious.
During dinner we played some ‘Taskmaster’ tasks from the crackers I’d bought for last Christmas but we had been too tired/ unwell to use them. Great fun today though.
Dinner was followed by a snooze then a chat to our son in Denmark. Then a lazy evening with some more games. Time for bed now I think!
