Christmas tradition
The family tradition of setting fire to the Christmas pudding (without setting fire to the house or even setting off the smoke alarm) was successfully executed again today with the youngest member of the clan usurping Grandpa’s role as chief fire lighter.
Our morning started with a Christmas parkrun at Edinburgh and then a quick tidy up and packing of the car with presents for a trip over to Glasgow where we had a great family Christmas dinner (with Christmas pudding to finish) and a mass present opening session. A good time was had by one and all.
Now back home in Edinburgh and winding down. Looking forward to a good night’s sleep and a bit of a lie-in tomorrow. Hope to catch up on everyone’s blips then.
