Red Car, Red Car, Blue Car

We removed the toy cars from the mantel, put them under the tree, and filled the mantel with Christmas cards.
Eric’s bro and sis-in-law had 16 people over for a sit-down dinner. They put together a table in the living room and decorated their house (it’s the house where Eric grew up) with so many, many Christmas decorations, filled the kitchen with dinner food, the dining room with desserts, and had a table for snacks and one for wine and cocktails. Boy do I ever not have that kind of energy any longer. It was a nice gathering but not only do I not have cooking or decorating urges, I don’t have much of it for picture-taking, either. The only pic I took is the Extra of the table before we ate. Oh, that’s Darren, Eric’s niece Tanja’s husband, in the picture. For those of you who love keeping up with my amazing dental adventures, Darren also has a primary canine tooth. So did Eric’s brother Kent, and so did a granddaughter.
