Happy Christmas Eve ....

..Maggie! 

Yep, Maggie's Christmas Eve day started with a trip to the vet for her arthritis needle and an unwanted pedicure! Fun Wow! Bah Humbug!

My sister and I spent the rest of the making up for her ordeal with lots of attention and treats... and then went on a little walk in the snowy woods to work up an appetite for our Christmas Turkey Dinner in a Box...(extras)

And finally, a quiet evening by the fire after a late dinner reminiscing about family Christmases back then...and how things have changed...

Tomorrow, my sister leaves to go to her son's home for a few days before heading back north...and then my brother will arrive from the city to spend the day here with me...
