A walk in the woods to see whether I could find subjects suitable for an ultra wide view. Most often I've utilised a telephoto zoom to avoid having to get down to snow level. Today I did the opposite, to emphasise the foreground. In doing so, a lot of the background trees are slanted, but many are falling over anyway and the distant ones are so dense, they are not really distinguishable.

I liked this one with foreground trunks making an 'X'. I got wet and frozen knees. I under exposed to keep detail in the sky, but masking it was a challenge.
