Important business

Christmas Eve!
We went into Kendal to collect our turkey, and have a coffee in Cafe Marra. It was very jolly everywhere and we didn’t get in any queues!
Lovely to get home, for a bit more food prep. Gilly managed this, as I have got a bit of toddler flu, but I’m determined to feel ok by tomorrow!
Wendy sat with me and we watched Sleeping Beauty and then Father Christmas of course!
She went up to bed after carefully hanging her stocking by the fire, and putting out a carrot for Rudolph, and mince pie and sherry for Santa. 
Fingers crossed the old fellow arrives in the night!
