EEA (emergency elf assistance)
We were having a fairly chilled day, today we were doggy day care and Beau was a sleepy boy today so it was all good. We got to snuggle up together and watch "It's A Wonderful Life", such a clever movie given the time it was written and made. It gets me every time and really resonates.
Even though we were in our PJs ready to write our note to the boss saying we really had been very good we have been this year we got an extra opportunity to prove just how good.
Mrs T had a call from Mrs G, and when she asked her how the present wrapping was going Mrs G said oh no, she'd forgotten all about it, or words to that effect.
So being good elves we offered to go and help. Even though we almost got sellotaped to the presents we managed to pose with our hard work and not get eaten!
Back home now and we have left our mince pie, carrot and sherry ready for the boss and his crew and are sure the boss will see how good we are!
We are hoping not be left behind tomorrow, although we did hear there will be three dogs and seven humans so maybe we will be safer staying home, but then we would miss out on all the fun.
Perhaps we can hop into Mrs T's bag and then wait for an Elf and Safety Assessment by Mrs T.
We wish you all a merry Christmas. We do miss Mrs P very much, as well as Mr T and we know that tomorrow means many different things to us all, so we wish you the best possible day. We think that the Princess of Wales' opening Voice Over for the carol concert was spot on, as are some of the poems and readings.
