Christmas Eve

We always have a buffet on Christmas Eve and even though there are only the two of us, this year is no exception.  Sausage rolls made, salmon and cream cheese eclairs prepared, quails eggs, nuts and crisps out, and Christmas pudding ice cream and mince pies await.  With all of that, there's no room for salad.

I had the film 'White Christmas' on in the background while preparing the food so now feel all ready for the big day.  Have a lovely Christmas and for those for whom Christmas Eve is the main celebration, I hope you are having a good evening.
