500Tiny Tuesdays!

Tiny Tuesday has reached a milestone of 500.
Thank for hosting Carolinav.

Was collected by Mike and brought over to Skipton and am now ensconced in my favourite chair.
This evening we usually go to the next village to sing carols around the Elm Tree led by the vicar and accompanied by a small brass ensemble but the weather is awful at the moment, really wet and miserable, 
 so we will see.
A little bit of a different Christmas Eve this year as both Ruby and Verity are working until 3am at The Ticket Office ( a bar ) in Ilkley. Think that will have repercussions on tomorrow too, don’t think we will be getting up at the crack of dawn to open stockings as in previous years.

That’s the thing about family and traditions, some stay the same , somethings change, we have to bend  and adapt and count our blessings.

What will be good is that Ruby, for the first time, will be able to celebrate her birthday on the actual day as the clock strikes twelve, something she has never done before.
