Masses of Mistletoe

The last opportunity for a swim before Christmas.  I was late getting to the pool so it was lighter as I returned home afterwards.

As I walked through the playing fields I noticed how profuse the mistletoe was on the avenue of trees between the rugby pitch and cricket ground.  It has been a sensational growing year for the mistletoe and despite some people taking sprigs for their own decoration, there is still plenty to be seen on many of the trees.
