Birthday lunch - Italian restaurant.

It was my wife’s birthday on 19 December. We got together in our home that day, “the workers” came after they’d finished. Today being Sunday, and folks having a bit more time, we went out for a meal to an Italian restaurant. It was notable beyond her Birthday….. it was the first time our older son and daughter-in-law and both children were out with us for a meal! The wee boy enjoyed his food, and his 7+ week old baby brother slept. Our younger son and partner had chosen the venue, it was a fine and convenient choice. The food and service were good. Our younger son made us coffee afterwards, our grandson enjoyed being at their house for a visit.
