An Odd Christmas

We are now at Sabrina’s house but they are in their apartment in Spain.
We are cat sitting and hopefully spending Christmas Day with Melanie here, if she has recovered from the flu by then. She is feeling a lot better.
It feels odd being here with no girls! However, it is very peaceful and it‘s nice to have cats to stroke and listen to them purring.
We went for a walk to The Cafe on the Loch this afternoon and just had a soft drink each but we’ve booked in for a veggie/vegan brekkie tomorrow at 10.30. 
We did all of the shopping before we came up here so we don’t need to go to the supermarket.
We watched a great documentary film tonight called Mountain Queen about a woman who climbed to the summit of Mount Everest 10 times!
A strong and very determined woman, worth watching if you’re into mountains, snow, climbing and endurance. She had quite an abusive husband and two daughters but her escape was Everest. Fantastic. Netflix.
Off to bed now.
