The Edinburgh Illuminations

Having had just one and a half days' holiday since Lake Districting with BikerBabe in September, I've made it as far as almost-Christmas Eve and frankly I am exhausted.  I had a fairly unproductive day coupled with being on the precipice yet again and called it a day late afternoon.

Having been freezing cold all day I went for a long walk in what I thought was similarly cold temperatures but it soon had me casting off my bodywarmer, then my hat, then my gloves.  The firey glow of the city was lighting up the clouds something amazing.  Maybe it's all the extra Christmas lights on houses.
