Christmas meatballs

In the frying pan - flavored with green pepper. Soon to be fried - flavored with green curry.  We don't want to give our guests a bad experience - so of course we tasted the meatballs.  My co chef (and son) Peter and I agree that it will be memorable Christmas dinner tomorrow.
