The crow in the tree caught my attention first, then I noticed a second one, but as I turned to walk away I saw a third bird in the same tree, and it wasn’t a crow! I quickly ran downstairs to grab my camera and headed to the backyard without a coat. It was a cold 11F degrees! • As far as I know this beautiful Cooper’s Hawk left without breakfast. I’m thinking it’s a female but I don’t really know • I made cinnamon scones for our Christmas Eve breakfast, moved the car for the snowplow guy, laundry, and fed the birds and dear deer • Just two more sleeps! • Peace & Joy
