Haven't taken a single picture today. Luckily Hayley sent me this saying "Old before her time". I disagree, this would have been me at her age, besides, I think it's a beautiful scene.

Pretty stressful day. My nephew (who's on the spectrum of special needs) is here for Christmas. He lives in adult foster care in Sherborne. To get to us he has to take two trains from there to Oxford, 22 miles from us. He had to change at Basingstoke, and was great at messaging us all along, so we knew he was doing okay.

 At Basingstoke the train was so crowded he wasn't  allowed to board. We were waiting for him at Oxford station! After following road closures and diversions to the car park, had to add yet another car parking app to J's phone! We'd timed the trains so I could get back in time for my NHS health check at 4pm. Long story short, I made it with zero seconds to spare! My. blood pressure, as would be expected was somewhat elevated.

Oxford station - only 3 ladies loos, two hand dryers, neither working! Why does nothing work these days?
