Finished

We did a walk first thing and bumped into a friend that I used to work with many moons ago - strange that she lives in the village but I never see her?  She hadn't heard the news about Aimee and they were shocked.  D said I looked as though I was coping well.  WTF - stupid thing to say.

SIL and BIL were coming for lunch so dinner was on, but I was also hanging the 12 Days which I had finished, at the same time as making a crumble?!  Friend S does everything ages in advance and would be having palpitations.  Nice lunch (although pork could have been better cooked) and good discussion but I was ready for them to go home around 6.00 but SIL asked for another cup of tea..........but they went around 7.00 and JC arrived around 7.30.  We chatted about Aimee and he stayed over, although it made me feel really sad that he stayed in her room and she was not there.
