Lights float in the soft air. It’s very cold yet this small space is en enchanted bubble. Time stands still, or rather, the world no longer matters as you reframe your mind.

Had time to myself today which was mostly chores, exercise, study and getting in touch with family. I got Christmas presents as well. I bought 2001: A Space Odyssey on 4K Blu-Ray and can’t wait to watch it for a full focused sit down, and I bought Todd Field’s Tar (finally), with the legendary Cate Blanchett. I’ve been feeding myself trash from YouTube and the mainstream Hollywood garbage at the cinema for a little too long. The Mrs and I stopped our streaming services because we never watch Disney Plus or Netflix, aside from standup comedy, some tv shows, there’s a lot of time wasting on there, it’s better to buy or rent just the good stuff you know you REALLY want to see.

So, I bought the above. Although, I have never seen Tar, I have this feeling it is worth buying. My sister recommended it to me. She doesn’t recommend a lot to me because she knows my taste, but when she does, I know I’d better watch it.
