The afternoon weather was forecast to be better than in the morning. I haven’t been very active recently so thought I should go out after lunch and do the short (1.5mile) circuit via the park.

The sun was shining when I left the house. As I approached this field the light was on Fairfield, the snow was bright and the sky above very dark. Perfect for a blip. A minute later conditions had changed.

I waited a while to see if things improved but the camera was getting wet and the wind was strong. I did manage a few shots with a rainbow . . . you’ll have to look hard :)

Back past the shops and when I came out of the Co-op the sun was out again.
