Happy Birthday Jen!

Today was all about celebrating our niece Jen's 30th birthday (although her actually birthday is Christmas Eve so she's still a young 29 years old :-))

Family lunch at a nice hotel with good food, much banter and lots of laughs.  D even got to do some colouring in (see extra) and Esme is nowhere near him!  :-))

Back home to check progress in the Team's kitchen.  It's getting there but not sure it will be finished tomorrow.

I've been wanting to make something new as a Christmas gift for friends T&V and I've finally settled on gingerbread fudge.  Making it tomorrow and D will hand some in to them tomorrow evening, assuming of course it turns out ok!  Wish me luck :-)
