Christmas cake

We will have cake! 

New oven is amazing. Roast dinner this evening and cake baked for Christmas. Not sure it will get iced,  but it will be enjoyed!

A home day, tidying, cleaning and sorting after the chaos of the run-up to Christmas. Boys played, helped and got very stuck in to destroying the last sofa that was left here when we moved in. The husband has now taken that to the dump - we gave away most things that were left, hate sending things to the dump (although mice had had a field day with this last sofa).
 

One more day of work and then holiday.
