Quiet

I’ve had a headache all day that hasn’t shifted with paracetamol, so I’ve been a bit sluggish. I had a chat with Mt&AR first thing, checking out how they’re getting on with their packing etc, then iced my cake and remade the shortbread, this time with sugar (extra) and in a festive but fragile shape, then I rewrote my food shopping list. Put up my new ‘floating’ candles, some on the fireplace and the rest on the tree, and sent this photo to K to show her, then A&N popped in having been shopping in town and after a chat I dropped them at their car on my way to Cameron Toll. Good most of what I needed although they didn’t have any decent pork joints for the porchetta I’m going to make.
Home but could only be bothered putting the frozen and fresh things away before I had a snooze, then some supper then an early night.
